Based off the Universe Owl from Sally's Adventures, a series of stories fabricated by Johnny Newman and Hussein Osman to teach their young kids morals, TUO was created as a guide pet for Nour as a gift.

After Nour's disappearance, TUO fell asleep and never woke up.
